What is your refund policy?

Because every order is custom-made, all sales are final once production has begun. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for changes of mind or approved design choices. If your order arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or differs materially from the approved specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Will the finished socks look exactly like the digital mockup?

Our digital mockups are intended as a visual representation of the approved design. Because yarn colours, screen displays and the knitting process can vary, the finished product may have slight differences in colour, logo placement, sizing or proportions. We will always work to match the approved design and colour references as closely as possible. Minor production variations are normal and are not considered defects.
